The 5-step process

for adding a fully-trained support worker to your business

Interviews

You interview two candidates within 72 hours. If you don’t like either candidate, we quickly arrange more interviews.

Selection

You choose your favourite candidate, and their start date.

Information

You provide a list of software programs and apps for your new team member to download. Broker Staff Solutions uses LastPass (a fantastic password manager), so you never have to disclose any passwords to your support worker.

Communication

Your new team member has their workstation and back end ready to go from day one. You communicate with them directly – you never have to go through Broker Staff Solutions. Your worker has their camera on during work hours, so you can monitor them. Also, they work from a secure office building, with high physical and IT security standards.

Agreement

You don’t have to sign a lock-in contract, so you can terminate the arrangement whenever you like. However, if you want to guarantee you retain the same support worker on an ongoing basis, you’ll need to sign a 12-month agreement.
